Weekend in Boise

We took a family road trip to Idaho so Mason could meet family and our Boise friends. It was quite the adventure with Mason, two dogs (one who has a panic attack in the car the ENTIRE time) and two parents in a zombie-like state. It was a busy weekend, and all five of us were exhausted when we came home, but it was so wonderful to introduce Mason to family and friends that we don't get to see all the time!

Our first stop was Grandma and Grandpa Barrus' house....

After visiting family, our friends threw us a baby shower. We had so much fun catching up with everyone! 

Not every baby shower has two superheros in attendance.

Thank you everyone who worked so hard and came to celebrate with us! We love these people!!

After the baby shower, Mason met the Russell side of the family.

Grandpa Brad and Grandma Pam got to meet their first grandson...

And Grandma and Grandpa Russell met their eighth great grandson! 

Four generations! In plaid. I promise I didn't dress them, they did this all on their own.

We are so lucky to have the best family and friends, we have been so spoiled and felt so much love for this little boy!
