Getting the garden ready

This is our second year planting a garden and we are excited to try a few different plants. This year we are going to grow strawberries and rhubarb (to make Trent's favorite pie) along with our usual tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, peas, watermelon...YUM!! And maybe even a sweet potato to make Mason baby food later on. We have been getting the garden ready, and the whole family has helped.

Cooper sat in the tomato bed and supervised (he's very helpful). 

 Kona babysat.

And Mason sat under the shade of our pear tree and looked cool.

Thanks for the sunglasses Grammie Vickie! He actually kept them on his face!!
